When you open a page, the web server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of access. We use this data only to deliver the website and keep it secure, and delete it after a short period. The website is hosted on servers operated by our parent company, Risklayer GmbH. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we use the details you provide (such as your name, email address and message) only to answer your enquiry and follow up on it. The contact form is provided by a ticket system operated by Risklayer GmbH. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
To display fonts and the world map, your browser loads files from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) and unpkg.com. These providers receive your IP address when the files load. Links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, only transfer data once you click them.
Data you enter on the Hotel Resilient platform (app.hotelresilient.org) is covered separately by the platform’s own terms.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@hotelresilient.org. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
