Hotel Resilient is designed for everyone in the tourism value chain:

Is the platform really open access?

Yes! Access for hotels and travel partners is open and barrier-free. Open access ensures that sustainability isn’t limited to those who can afford it. By removing financial barriers, more hotels and partners can participate, share data, and collectively drive meaningful change across the tourism industry.

How does Hotel Resilient ensure data credibility?

Assessments and indicators align with international sustainability and climate standards. Hotel data is reviewed by travel partners, ensuring it remains secure, credible, and ready to inform meaningful action.

What if I don’t have a GSTC certification?

No problem. Our Advanced Sustainability Assessment is fully aligned with GSTC standards, helping you understand where you stand — what’s working well and where you can improve. Even without a certification, you can still share your sustainability progress directly with travel partners through our platform, upload evidence, and have your actions reviewed and verified where needed.

What if I already have a GSTC recognized certification ?

That’s great! You can simply upload your certificate to the platform so that travel partners have proof of your sustainability progress. It is recommended that you still complete the Advanced Sustainable Assessment, so that travel partners know the details of your sustainability efforts, but you do not need to submit any further documentation. This is to reduce redundant reporting and save you time.

How is this different from a certification?

Hotel Resilient isn’t a certification - it’s a data collaboration platform. Instead of issuing labels, we help hotels share the specific details of how they are actually contributing to sustainable and responsible tourism. Our goal is to encourage continuous improvement, not one-time compliance.
